I came in today to a dead stop light, then found that the power was out for the building too. I was alerted to the fact that a truck had run over a power pole. Awesome. I'm sure it'll be down all day. Can I in home yet?
Eight hours bottom to top. Only at the halfway point and beat. A few more hours to the car, can't wait for a beer.
Riding home this afternoon I say a Hudge plume of smoke, and found the marsh in Lowry blazing. Just wish I had my good camera.
I stopped on my way home to take this picture. It's a great reminder of just one more reason I love biking to work.
Twenty-five miles from home to the top of a big climb. Twenty-nine minutes on the climb which is fairly respectable. Time for a long, fast descent!
14,265, cold, and ready to ski. Full report later!
